Canadian friendly Our prices and policies make it easy for you to bring goods in from the U.S.A. In fact, we do everything for you! When you proceed to check-out, we will show you an all-inclusive price in U.S. dollars. This all inclusive price covers shipping charges, brokerage fees (also called customs clearance fees), duties and any taxes payable to the Canadian federal and provincial governments. You will have a chance to review this price before you click to confirm the order. There are NO extra or hidden costs. It's that easy!
Items typically weighing 130 lbs or more will ship via Motor Freight. Multiple smaller items may also ship via motor freight if that is the most cost effective method.

Motor Freight requires a signature for delivery, and most times, the freight company will call in advance to schedule a time to deliver. Dates given on Freight Carrier's tracking web site are an estimated delivery date, not a guarantee of the date of delivery. A specific delivery date will be set up when they contact you. Deliveries are scheduled during M-F, holidays excluded.

Motor Freight delivery is delivered "curbside" which is only to the front of the building. This does not include bringing items into the residence or up to an apartment in a multiple floor building, or up stairs if the front door of the building is up multiple steps. In some cases you will be asked to assist in getting items off the truck. If you are unable to help with lifting heavy items, make sure you have someone available to help at the time of delivery. If you have questions about delivery of your items, please contact us before ordering. Some carriers offer inside delivery or lift-gate assistance for an extra fee. This fee is the customers responsibility and will be added to your order total. There is also the option of terminal pick-up if that is more convenient. Please note: Most motor carriers require that you take delivery of the order within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it arrives at their local terminal. Holding deliveries beyond 48 hours may result in the carrier charging you for storage. These charges are set by the carrier and are assessed at their discretion. These charges if assessed will be the responsibility of the customer.

Heavy Items: Items weighing less than 130 lbs will usually be shipped via UPS, or USPS. Simply fill in your address on the check-out.

P.O. Box: UPS will not deliver to US Postal P.O. Boxes. Smaller items are shipped USPS. If you have a P.O. Box please indicate both your P.O. Box and physical address on shipping address at checkout.

International & APO Destinations
Will receive an e-mailed shipping quote for approval within 1-2 business days following order submission.

Payments are accepted in US funds by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Payment by check can be mailed in with a completed print out of the order form. Checks must be made out to "AutoAccessories4Less." All checks must clear before products are shipped out.

Any orders over $350 may be charged prior to shipping. All PayPal payments are charged within 24 hours of placing the order.

All items being returned will need a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, click on the return form below. All returns must be in new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless we have made other arrangements prior to returning an item. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. Items returned for reasons other than exchange, defect or AutoAccessories4Less error will incur a 20% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued for returns that are received into our warehouse 30-90 days after receiving your order. Returns in exchange for different merchandise must be first authorized and will incurr a $13.99 reship charge.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days of receipt.

Cancellation of Custom items: In some instances of custom, made to order items, a 20% material fee may be incurred for any cancelled orders. Including, but not limited to, Lebra, CoverKing, Avery's Floor Mats, Lloyd Mats, CalTrend, Global-Covercraft Items.
In the case of defect or an error made by AutoAccessories4Less, these items may be returned for full or partial credit, depending on the circumstances.

Most AutoAccessories4Less customers are extremely happy with their purchase and do not need to return product.

AutoAccessories4Less reserves the right to reject any return that is not in original condition upon receipt into our warehouse.

Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged, please send us an email right away.

If there is damage we will have the option to replace parts if it is just minor damage, or send an entire new order if there is severe damage. You are also entitled to a full refund if you do not wish to receive a replacement order.

If you can see that a box or item is damaged, you have a right to refuse the shipment and/or sign for the product with a note that the product was received damaged. Whenever there is damage you are not responsible for any additional shipping on your order. We will take care of shipping costs for the replacement shipment. However, if the manufacturer requests that the item be returned, we do ask that you assist in getting the item back to the manufacturer. If we do not receive the damaged item back to the warehouse, we will have to charge your credit card for the non-returned item. Photographs may be required to trouble shoot fitment issues and show damage to shipping companies or manufactures.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled at any time without penalty prior to shipment. Shipment in this case means the day the item leaves the manufacturer, not the day that you're notified it has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges, which include roundtrip shipping and any fees the shipper charges to reroute the shipment.
Warranty: All products that offer a manufacturers warranty are valid.
Back Orders: In order to avoid excessive cost, any order that contains an item that is on back order may be shipped complete once the back order item is available. You will not be charged for the cost of your order until your order is shipped.
